If you can't personally bring your item to the studio this is generally how the process goes:
Contact Diana Coop Conservation about treatment needed
You organise delivery to the studio, and insurance of your art work or document
Diana Coop Conservation will assess your work. Please note that off-site assessments will incur a call out fee
Treatment options given and cost of treatment estimated, and agreed
Terms and conditions signed before any treatment proceeds
You are kept up-to-date on treatment progress
Once the treatment is completed, you’ll receive a post-treatment report, photo documentation and invoice. Your item will be readied for return transport and returned as agreed.
Testimonials
“I have just collected my special watercolour painting from you and I’m so delighted with what you have achieved with the conservation— it’s amazing. It is just beautiful as the colours have come to life and is going to provide such delight for many years to come.”
- Ann P
“Diana restored a sentimental artwork that I'd been left by my grandmother. But mildew had become established under the glass, and I was concerned it couldn't be saved. I've just collected it from her and I'm absolutely blown away. The artwork has been cleaned and conserved, there is not a trace of mildew, or anything, at all.”
- Anna L
“Diana carried out some conservation treatment on an art print recently and it now looks amazing. She carried out the work with great skill and efficiency and always took care to keep me informed at every stage of the process. Thanks for a wonderful piece of conservation.”
